In this episode, I want to talk about change your words and change your life.

Words have immense power.

You know, the things that come out of our mouth, right?

And sometimes we say them casually.

We say them without even thinking or considering what they do to our energy level, our focus

level, our passion level, right,

our enthusiasm, all these game changer traits that we talk about, so many of them are impacted

by what's coming out of our mouth, which is normally the result of what's in our heart.

And so what I love about having the daily mindset routine that I recommend in my book Unstoppable

and in some of these episodes is it helps you get the right words going in your mind, getting

the right thoughts going in your head to where your behaviors are in accordance with healthier

words and thoughts.

You know, the ancient biblical writer James declared, no one can tame the tongue.

It is restless and evil full of deadly poison. That sounds rough. That sounds rough. And that's true.

That is one side of what words can do. But there's another side that can lift, that can elevate,

that can inspire and encourage and bring

hope and bring positive energy and positive focus and a true passion.

And so I want you to watch your words.

They matter.

They all matter.
