We've got Marissa Peer on the show today to tell us something about criticism and praise.

You know, there are so many opportunities to be criticized these days.

Criticism is everywhere.

We can become so quick to be consumed by the criticism.

We get criticized and we just think about it all day long.

But at the same time, we can deflect and not accept the praise that we receive.

And so Marissa is going to talk about becoming more accepting of that praise.

And also knowing that the most important praise is the praise you give yourself.

One of the things that's really, really important to make familiar is praise.

And one of the things to make unfamiliar is criticism.

And if criticism is familiar and praise is unfamiliar, guess what happens?
