Summary

Lydia Paasch discovered her passion for personal finance after she read her first Dave Ramsey book. After a career with one of the nation’s top accounting firms and experience as an Advanced Certified QuickBooks Pro-Advisor, she now helps small businesses keep their books in order.

In this on-air coaching call, I help Lydia figure out the best next step for her growing bookkeeping business. She has started offering classes to draw more clients to her, but they are not filling as easily as she imagined. We discuss who her ideal client really is, how she can attract more of them and how to grow her team.
