Hi. But you've just been here all along I feel like. I have been listening

quite a few years. For folks who don't know Rose she is the she's the person who

helps us out on the Facebook group,

helps make sure that it's a nice safe environment

for everybody.

And thank you for doing that, Rose,

because I know how much work that is.

But Rose is also a nerd like us, she's got some really great ideas that we had a chance to talk to each other when I was in London and as I started hearing all the workflows, she's got going. I'm like the listeners need to hear this.

So we got Rose on the show. In addition to being a nerd like us, Rose is a teacher. She

teaches English as a foreign language in Austria, Germany, Italy, Japan, Turkey,
