Brenda Lorina Garcia has been in dozens of films as an actress and a stunt performer. She is a remarkable young woman. She has got the fighting mentality for life and faith. And I'm so honored to have her on the show. Brenda, how are you? Patrick, I'm good. Nice to see you. Thanks for having me on your show. Well, when you and I first connected, I was kind of

in awe because I really was a stunt nerd growing up. I was kind of an athletic kid,

although it was kind of on the artsy side. I loved high fall stuff. Growing up in Nova Scotia,

we had lots of chances to take the shovel and build a big pile of snow that we

need beneath it were no chairs or anything. And I would jump off school roofs and my own roof

and do as many summers. That's awesome. But I never brought it to Hollywood to actually do it.

So let me hit the rewind and ask you before we start talking about faith and culture

and the influence of Hollywood. When did you find that you had a proclivity for

having expensive health insurance and jumping off high buildings and being beaten up for a living?

When did this start? I was a toddler. So I didn't know I'd be a stunt woman, you know, but it was very innate in me that when I was just a toddler, as a little kid, I was flipping on my parents' bed. Like, every day, just throwing myself backwards. I was, like I said, like under five years old. And so I had no person helping me, spotting me, and no one teaching me how to do this.

It was just innate.

I was just doing it.
