Thanks Ben. So my name Stephen Flynn. I'm an identical twin. I'm kind of better known for my duo role with my twin brother called David. We started our business 14 years ago to create a happier, healthier world and build community.

It's gone from me and Dave two hippies with a dream to where there's now about 140 people with us.

We've three cafes, two shops, we have a farm, we've written
