1:10.9	OK, my fact this week is that in 1954,
1:15.0	it became illegal to bathe completely naked in East Germany.
1:19.7	So, natureists started going to the beach wearing nothing but a tie.

1:30.7	So, just before, well what, we've actually said this before,
1:34.0	Hitler banned natureism in the Nazi government,
1:37.0	but almost immediately unbanned it, because it was so unpopular.
1:41.2	And then it kind of became part of the Nazi tradition that, you know,
1:46.2	we're going to allow people to be naked if they want to be, to be nudist, if they want.
1:51.0	And so, when East Germany became a country,
1:53.8	and they wanted to be away from the fascists and with the communists,
1:56.8	they saw natureism as like this fascist symbol from the past,
2:01.2	and so they decided to ban it.
