So it's been a while since we talked about consuming content and there's been a lot that has changed since we've done shows on you know

RSS and how we're getting all of our news content and we talked about the demise of

Google Reader it seems like ages ago now. Yeah I remember when that was a big deal. I know and

now it seems like we all survived the Google Reader

Shut Down Apocalypse.

And we were looking at that.

We've done a lot of shows on different types of content

over the years, but we have changed

in the way we consume content in a lot of these.

So rather than do like eight shows breaking each one down into a separate show, we decided

just to kind of look at how things had changed and what we're doing in 2018 with respect to content consumption.

Right, more from a big picture perspective because you know there's a there's a lot of

content that can be consumed out there and you know I'm kind of notorious for

saying gosh I really love my iPad and I use it a lot for consuming a lot of

content so this is one of the areas where I'm really heavily using my iPad

but I do use my Mac as well so I'm really heavily using my iPad but I do use my Mac as well. So I'm excited to dig in here.

Before we do that we have an update. Yeah, so I have an update on the MacPower users Chicago Meetup.

We are very pleased that we are going to do a meet-up in Chicago

on Wednesday, March 7th.
