I think I think there's a lot of discussion today, just practical examples. I mean, if you're on the

outside or or you haven't stepped into any kind of pure desire process, you might want to

like have some feet and some language or, you know, like practical things put to having hope,

because that feels very elusive. And I think we gave a few examples today to show

that we're not a ministry or an organization that just says, have more hope, pray more,
