Summary
After scoring 37 points in back to back weeks, you'd think Seahawks fans would be content with the performance of the offense. Yet, it still feels like there are opportunities to improve. It wasn't until late in the game against the Panthers when the team started converting their scoring opportunities rather than kicking field goals. With several backup offensive linemen in the game, their rookie receiver still working into the offense, and seeing growth from their rookie running back - improvement seems inevitable.
Can Jamal Adams come back and help the Seahawks defense to improve? There's one area on defense that the team literally can't get any worse. With Riq Woolen set to return as well, we could finally start to see this defensive squad meet its potential as well. The bye week is just around the corner and a solid performance against the New York Giants could be what this team needs to propel them through the rest of the year. But are there reasons to be concerned with the Giants despite their slow start?
We pick up the storyline that is taking the NFL by storm this week. And in back-to-back weeks Adam has his picks in ahead of the game. Everett C. took the top spot in the pick'em this past week with the tie breaker. We also talk about the 70 point win by the Miami Dolphins this past week and how it benefits the former Seahawks QB. The Dolphins coach deserves a 'Do Better' for not making history and the trade that everyone seems to think is a great idea needs to stop. Better at life honors go out to a Dolphins coach and to a Seahawks running back for an award-winning Week 3 performance.

| 0:19.4 | And that feels pretty damn good considering the bad loss week one. But I think Seahawks fans as a whole, we're all feeling a lot better after that one, yeah? Yeah, well, two back-to-back games of nearly scoring 40 points with your offense, it'll make you feel a little bit better about your team, right? Yeah, especially when you look at that offense and you're like, wow, there's meat on the bone here still. |
| 0:40.6 | Like these guys aren't like peaking at all, but able to score a crap ton of points. |
| 0:46.2 | Not just, you know, you talk about meat on the bone, but I think you say that in terms of |
| 0:52.1 | spreading the ball out to playmakers. |
| 0:54.9 | But then when you go back, I think the one impressive thing about the win over the |
| 0:58.6 | Panthers is that just how many players ended up being out on the offensive line and |
| 1:05.7 | still able to run the ball effectively, able to protect Gino Smith well enough. |
| 1:12.0 | If they're able to do that consistently as we go forward, sure, it makes you optimistic that, |
| 1:18.3 | hey, once you start to get healthy again on the offensive line with your two tackles coming |
| 1:23.8 | back and maybe we don't even need Phil Haynes to come back the way the young guard |
| 1:29.4 | played. Yeah. I mean, Bradford, he's been pretty effective when he's been out there. He did get |
| 1:34.2 | dinged up a little bit last week. So we'll see what that means. And I mean, it sounds like he's |
| 1:38.3 | probably going to be available to play. It's, I'm guessing. But let's give the offensive line and |
| 1:43.6 | the backups like all the credit in the world. That was impressive. That's, I'm guessing, but let's give the offensive line and the backups, like all the credit |
| 1:45.3 | in the world. That was impressive. That's now two weeks in a row where they really held up. |
| 1:50.0 | And again, like you said, it's not like the Carolina Panthers defensive line is filled with |
| 1:55.0 | world beaters, but there's a couple of dudes that can play there. And it wasn't a gimmy. Like every |
