story of my life is a story of anxiety and eating disorder that I struggled with

was all anxiety based and a lot of what I've struggled with self-doubt and with learning how to trust myself and respect myself and step out in confidence

It has been a struggle of anxiety. So yeah, we're gonna talk about anxiety today.
