In today's episode we go over the current seven hottest fitness trends that are taking over Tiktok and explain to you what's good and what's garbage.
Listed points:
- Annabel Lucinda’s Ab Workout
- Proffee (Protein + Coffee): We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but the macronutrients that compose your breakfast make a huge difference. Starting your day with protein will help keep you satisfied and focused all morning long.
- 12-3-30 Method: The workout method that went viral overnight. You set your treadmill to an incline of 12% and a speed of 3mph, and then you walk for 30 minutes. It sounds easy, but that 12% incline gets hard FAST. This method is great for LISS (Low-Intensity Steady State) workouts, which helps promote your body’s fat-burning mechanism. This method was created by Lauren Giraldo but has quickly taken over TikTok with people touting its transformative results.
- 25-7-2 Stairmaster Workout Another workout named after the details of the workout, the 25-7-2 workout takes place on the Stairmaster instead of the treadmill. To do this trendy workout that will burn your legs, hop on the Stairmaster and set it to level 7 for 25 minutes. You only need to do this workout twice a week. Make sure to watch your posture when doing your steps, it is easy to slouch and lose the form you need to do this correctly. You can make it more challenging by skipping steps or doing side steps.
- Online coaches and classes
- HIIT Workouts/Chloe Ting Workout
- No quick fixes truly work with fitness

| 0:30.2 | it's become such a big thing. And just recently I actually read an article that most Gen Zs actually |
| 0:35.0 | use TikTok like Google, which is absolutely crazy. Like they will search there as opposed to Google. And it's just, it's amazing to see how things have changed. And I think TikTok has done a lot of good as well as a lot of bad. There's definitely some intriguing things on there. There's some weird trends. You know, it's quick, it's punchy. And when you're competing from attention, you are going to get a whole wide array of different sources, right? However, like, you know, even before we jumped into this and what inspired this is my personal experience of going to the gym, I've been going forever. You know, I'd say when I started, there'd probably be 20 dudes and one girl, right? If even that. Now I'd say it's getting pretty darn close to 50-50. |
| 1:11.8 | And even before, you know, when there would be that one girl or maybe a couple girls, it'd be everyone on the treadmill. You know, you hear the term cardio bunnies and, you know, every girl is so I'm kind of scared if I lift weights, I'm going to get bulky. And it's just amazing to see that tide change. |
| 1:26.0 | And I've even seen people who I can tell her newer to the gym, |
| 1:28.9 | especially girls coming in, |

| 1:35.3 | really calculated workouts and i'm like wow you know like if this is the effect of social media i think |
| 1:40.5 | that's phenomenal because even for us like i think think a lot, there's a lot of kickback |
| 1:44.3 | from the legends of the day, like the bodybuilders and the pros and all those things of people just coming on to YouTube and making accessible content, right? And people are like, oh, you need to see it from personal trainer. But I think once people started to realize that, they saw the benefit. And that's why we actually made a ton of how to videos. And that's kind of how we got our start right so i do have respect for it at the same time and there's a lot of great things in this list |
| 2:04.3 | there's something actually made a ton of how-to videos and that's kind of how we got our start right so i do have respect |
| 2:01.4 | for it at the same time and there's a lot of great things in this list there's some things on this list so we're like eh you know we're not crazy about but we took seven of them and we're so excited to jump into it uh anything you want to say before i jump into number one no buddy i'm fired up let's do it all right numeral uno is uh anabella licinda's ab workout so |
| 2:20.1 | i say this one person i honestly don't even know who she is i haven't even googled her yet i just |
| 2:25.2 | saw her ab workout i saw it was really trendy and it was going a long way and you'll see a lot of this |
| 2:30.3 | of x y z's workout right and the benefit of it so i want to kind of talk more about my thoughts towards this. So I like challenges. I always have, you know, I thought it was really fun. I actually kind of kicked off with P90X. I thought it was a great attitude to kind of jump into it. And I think there's something to be said about when you're just starting off and you're a beginner and you don't even know where to do or what to do anyways. It's like it's really daunting. |
