I was struck in watching this. I was struck by how calm Jose Abarro looks. He does not look nervous.

He doesn't look any more nervous than Diego looks. And both of them just, I'm not trying to make

a political name, but both of them were illegal. And they were illegally in this country.

Yeah, and we don't know whether potentially he approached her from the back. Like you had said,

knocked her down. Her AirPods fell out and she was still able during that struggle to call 911.

I mean, again, we'll never know. But so her friends go

to try to find her. They don't find her. So they go back to their apartment and they call the police.

It's now about noon. The first responding police officer gets a capture of where her phone is located

from their Find My Phone app. And he goes looking for her,

drops a pin and goes looking for her at that location. And his body cam is activated. So this was

played in the courtroom gym. We did not see it for obvious reasons, but we heard it. And so we saw on the video

monitor, we saw the officer watching his own body cam footage on the video monitor. And we hear

him calling out for Lakin. And then after a few minutes, we hear the police officer react. And I want to talk to you

about this, Jim, because I'm sure this has happened to you as a, as an FBI agent. And we hear him go,

shit. Ma'am, ma'am. And immediately he is frantic and running. You can hear him running

because he has now spotted Lakin's body. And just a couple of
