0:41.4	Over two months ago, I think that is the record for the longest without publishing a podcast episode since I launched this podcast in February of 2020.
0:49.7	So please forgive me for my absence if you are someone who has been a diligent listener of the show
0:56.2	over the past few months or years. But I'm back. And first of all, I need to tell you guys a little
1:01.3	about where I've been. So that's what we're going to talk about. I'm talking about what I've
1:05.4	been working on over the past couple of months. Why I maybe stepped a little bit back from

1:12.2	where my headspace is at, where my vision is moving forward, and hopefully get back in the
1:19.3	groove of creating content for you guys. Now, here's my very ambitious goal for the podcast.
1:26.4	I'm going to try to do a 90 episodes in 90 day sprint.
1:33.5	We'll see if that actually happens. No, I shouldn't say that, Andy, you are going to make it
1:37.3	happen. I'm going to commit to it. I've done this with YouTube over the years.
1:40.9	And I don't know if I've actually ever done this with the podcast. But the goal is to be shorter, more up-to-date, current event, what I'm working on, tips, strategies, everything,
1:50.9	but something that you can listen to in your daily routine. I don't want to make this
1:54.5	super, super long. So I got to get over my long-winded podcast-y chatter. So again, no fluff,
