I just got back from Ohio. This is my first podcast after my oh high trip for my birthday.

I had so much fun and it was my first time in Ohio and it was so relaxing,

so beautiful, exactly what I needed. And I really feel like I came back very different. A lot of,

a lot of people who were messaging me, sending me DM saying that I just kind of looked different during that trip and after that trip.

And I feel like it just got me into a different type of flow state as I've been making so many personal shifts with my business and my personal life and kind of like how I just move through my life.

I almost feel like that Ohai trip kind of snapped my new way of being fully into place,

if that makes sense. So I'm just feeling really good. I had been getting messages for the last

like two years that I needed to go there. And so I was so excited to go. And

oh man, so much happened. So much came through. I want to go back and kind of sort through all of

my notes and make some videos about it for the membership. If you're in the channel
