| 0:40.3 | Thanks turning I'm excited to be here now before we dive in and kind of get to the business that helped you scale your real estate portfolio I guess I want to know what did you have to do to even get into real estate investing? So I like to tell myself the accidental investor. |

| 1:01.0 | Basically, we had to move out of state. We were living in California at the time. |

| 1:14.6 | sun-kiss California to go to Minnesota. |
| 1:17.0 | Before the Minnesota's kill me it was actually wonderful really beautiful. |
| 1:20.0 | They were such nice people but negative 45 winters we escaped with all fingers and toes. Thank goodness. |
| 1:27.0 | So yeah, we moved states. That was step number one. I was so desperate to buy real state in California. We had two babies at the time. It just wasn't happening and was not finding anything in any area that we wanted to be in. |
