influential in my life for several months now.

a Monday eight of isolation, living alone,

alone through thoughts can be, um, pretty remarkable,

beautiful and also terrifying.

Have to think about things that I've been putting off, you know, like,

I've had, um, like, four family members commit suicide in a very short amount of time,

maybe six years apart.

And, uh, thinking about, hey, you know, if,

if we were in a hundred gathered society, I believe they would have prospered.

You know, I think, um, these are things you gotta,

gotta go through and process and, uh, I feel like this is a time of healing.
