Okay, so today we get to talk about a book that Jenny Eurek wrote, homeschooling. You're doing it right

just by doing it. I feel like there's a lot of buzz around this book right now as we're heading

into the next school year. And I love this. I love what Jenny Eurek does. I love her message,

her book until the streetlights come on was super impactful. You guys know we're a huge

fan of a thousand hours outside. And I think her messaging is something that parents need to hear.

Today, though, I wanted to kind of break down as a, you know, I'm coming up this book from a little

different perspective and that Elishi and I were both homeschooled.

Jenny Eric was not. And so we were homeschooled and then we're also homeschooling our children.

And I think some of the chatter I've heard surrounding this book, I feel like maybe what Jenny is saying

and what is being taken away are two different things.

And I think that that can kind of be to the detriment of homeschoolers.

So I kind of wanted to go through and play devil's advocate on a few things here

and maybe just talk through how things could maybe be taken in this book the wrong way

or taken a way that is actually unhelpful

for our kiddos. So anyways, with that being said, I'm excited to dive into it. It's a great

read, but I'm going to give a little different perspective in this episode. So if you enjoy it,
