0:33.8	2024. And story number one comes from Miranda. A couple of years ago after hearing you talk
0:39.7	about it on the podcast and watching the YouTube episode on My Haunted Hotel, I was inspired to visit
0:45.5	Ye Old King's Head for my birthday that year with my friend Katie. We booked the weekend of my birthday
0:51.4	in Chester. One night at the King's Head for some paranormal investigating,
0:56.1	and one night in a luxury hotel to recoup from any stress we might incur.
1:00.9	We had also both booked sessions with our favourite tattoo artist the same weekend.
1:05.4	I don't recommend sitting six hours for a watercolour tattoo on your ribs

1:11.0	ghosties, but we live and learn, mostly. Katie and I both adore the paranormal and have been avid real-life
1:17.8	ghost stories listeners from the beginning. We both like to think we're fairly skeptical and level-headed
1:22.5	when it comes to the paranormal, but I've always had an affinity for anything spiritual, and it seems to follow me throughout my life.
1:30.2	Still, I tried to debunk any spooky happenings with logic and reason before jumping to potential
1:34.8	ghosts and cryptids. We had a drink in the pub with the other guests to meet everyone and
1:40.1	settle any nerves before heading up to our rooms. Katie and I both got the room with a massive four-poster bed,
