John Zombro from the Lifetime Athlete.

We got John on the podcast to talk a bit about health, training and longevity.

I didn't know John that well, we kind of connected over email and then I started looking

at some of his resources that he has to share and was very intrigued.

John is an older athlete, he's in his 50s, I believe, and just really has decades of

experience personally as well as a practitioner.

And I was curious to talk with John as Steve and I are both kind of at the same age of

our late 30s and we're approaching the 40s and soon to come the 50s, it'll probably

be here before we know it.

And we want to keep hunting into our 50s and 60s and really just be able to do things

physically and enjoy the outdoors for as long as possible.

And so we wanted to speak with John about some of those topics.

We recorded this episode with John and he after the fact heard me talk about some of the

knee issues that I've been having a little bit and that that was really the primary driver,

the reason that I couldn't do this year's death hike.

And he reached out to me after hearing that podcast and hearing me mention my knee issue

and just kind of offered to hop on a call with me on a video chat and go over some things

and movement and mobility and kind of help diagnose what may be going on.

And again, this all took place after the conversation that you'll hear with John today.

But I will just say that I was thoroughly impressed not only hearing John in this podcast
