So one of the benefits is the creation of what we call metabolic flexibility. So you become very

good at burning fat in addition to what we're all good at, which is burning sugar. So one of the

benefits is the ability to burn off your stored body fat during all those times that you're not

actually eating food. And that is a huge benefit for a lot of people. Along with that benefit comes

of necessity, the ability to extract energy, to be energetic, to not have to feel low blood sugar

or two or three in a row. Your body becomes so metabolically efficient that you extract this
