| 0:46.0 | But it's been an interesting journey kind of going from mainstream hospitals to a little bit |
| 0:51.2 | more of niche systems now. Let's talk a little bit about the PE-backed part of it. |

| 1:01.0 | I think maybe 10 years ago was a little different. |
| 1:03.4 | Now it's pretty ubiquitous. |
| 1:05.0 | I'd say there is a huge amount of healthcare |
| 1:08.6 | that is private equity funded as well as other industries across the board. |
| 1:12.3 | And so having experience dealing with that kind of structure and those kind of expectations is always positive. |
| 1:18.4 | And I would say in a lot of ways, it gives you a lot of freedom and ability to make change and try to do something cool. |
| 1:27.4 | But where there's money, there's expectations. |
