Hello guilty feminist, this is Deborah and this episode is brought to you by the British Red Cross.

Of course I've heard of them but there's definitely a lot that I didn't know too. For example they've

got teams in 191 countries across the globe including the UK. They're

responding to emergencies as they happen and helping communities recover in the aftermath

no matter how long it takes.

They're also the UK's largest independent provider of services

for refugees. They also support survivors of trafficking and victims or survivors of sexual or gender-based violence,

as well as people who have come to the UK from Afghanistan and Ukraine.

You've probably heard some of these people's voices on the Guilty Feminist

podcast and it's them that the British Red Cross is working with in a really

really practical way among other extraordinary things. Obviously this is a huge undertaking and it's all made possible thanks to each

volunteer, fundraiser and supporter who were all part of their incredible movement working

to be there for people in crisis.
