UCSF neuroscientist Adam Gazzali, who's enormous in bustling lab, is enlisting video games

in the fight against horrible neurological conditions like Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's

and much more.

Your goal is to create games which will literally become prescription treatments to enhance

or even replace traditional medicines.

And they may be on the cusp of their first major success.

Adam was my second guest on this show way back in the summer of 2017.

Today I'm presenting a remix and update and you have partially a rerun of that original

episode for two reasons.

This, my original episode with Adam has always been very popular with listeners, but my

audience has grown a ton since I posted it last year and as a result most of you haven't

heard it yet and those of you who have mostly haven't heard it in over a year.

And a lot has happened in Adam's lab during that year.
