Summary

In tonight’s dead letter, we hear from our listener Sam, who shares two spooky stories. The first involves two hauntings at an aquarium in the UK. An old lady ghost with a penchant for floral perfume, and as one might expect…a fisherman. While the second features a mysterious, hunched-over shadow figure lurking in a South Carolina home. Sometimes these shorter letters are the most freaky. As we often remind our listeners, the real experiences don’t occur with a three-act structure or poignant message all the time. Instead they are just glimpses of something that you may never understand.

It's a stone's throw from the North Carolina aquarium at Fort Fisher. Oh, very cool, sir. Super close also to where Weekend at Bernies was filmed, but I don't know. I don't know which is cooler, right? Well, but you should be very proud, yes. Well, the Fort Fisher Aquarium seems pretty great, though, you know, albino alligator, I think, right? Yep, that's right. There are otters, and they even have a bald eagle, right? Yeah. I'm not sure how that's an aquarium thing, but I have seen one up close, and they're no less impressive. Have you seen an American bald eagle? I have seen this one because it's there. At the aquarium, it has a broken wing, so they can can't fly so they nursed it back to health but it stays in a habitat there and you can walk by it's outside so
