Why would you say ready set go? I'm telling me that it's time to do the show, that's what I'm doing.

Do you usually mute yourself when you say that? I don't usually say it, but you need some kind of mental marker that okay now the show is beginning

I understand from you, from you of all people the incredible importance of schedules yet there was there was no

blog this weekend I cannot believe that you're the first person to say this to me like

of everyone in the world to ask where's the blog I really didn't think it would be Mr.

Mr. Sheddell over there. Well here's here's the reason I'm asking it's your

fault for setting up these expectations that it's that it's there on a regular basis. I know you said you had

upload at like the same time on the same day for four weeks in a row and so now you've
