And this is Ghost Town. The So this is a biggie. This is a place that I feel very excited to talk about

because it has an affiliation with one of my favorite LA Unsolved

murders. So today we're going to talk about the John Soten House, which is the

Jaws House, the Franklin house, or perhaps the place that the Black Dahlia lived her final days and died.

I feel like the Black Dahlia is the, I feel like that's like a top 10.

Yeah, quintessential, not even just LA murder,

unsolved murder, but like our country, our history.

I think people are really fascinated about it because it's a very big like big

dreams, you know, Dash, young beautiful woman's life cut short, who knows. Yeah a very extreme kind of you know like
