This week on the show, the song of Susanna continues as we discuss stanzas five, six, and seven.

In this week's reading, Susanna, Deda, and Mia finally get to have their palaver, and we learn a whole lot more about how the world of the Dark dark tower works than Roland and Eddie find themselves in the middle of an ambush with a lot of old

friends and one new friend. Matt, what did you think about this week's reading? Things are getting

weird. Things are getting exciting. I mean, basically, like you said, we get one awesome intense

gunfight and a lot of interesting world building stuff and and uh uh what's the

word like back backstory i guess backstory to the to the world to the big mythos so there's there's a lot

going on here um this is one of those weeks where i'm just like uh we're gonna we're gonna we're gonna go

over time aren't we?

It gets really into the details, and I tried to be very brief in my notes covering a lot of this, this mythos of the Dark Tower that we're defining in this week's episode.

But yeah, it's a big, it's a big episode.

There's a lot of ways in which Mia's conversation with Susanna redefines our understanding of what this world is and what the stakes are and what's happening.
