We're going to talk about moral panic and horror. Originally, it was just going to be horror movies where people protested and stuff.

But then I just thought it would be more interesting to talk more broadly about people getting freaked out by horror movies and the effect it might have on our kids and us as a society.

And yeah, wow, there's a lot.

I did. I wrote a bunch of books.

And I have like studies and stuff. That's the picture I put on Instagram with all those crazy formulas and stuff.

We're not going to touch that. Like we're not going that deep. But yet that study had like, I don't know, some crazy math in it.

And yeah, because I was going to make a list of funny, funny protests of movies like Silent Night, Deadly Night,

which we'll talk about or people or mad that Santa Claus was a murderer.

And but it turns out that when you try and make a podcast about horror movies that people got mad at, do you know what movies qualify for that?

All of them literally all of them.

So there's going to be probably one that maybe you're thinking I'm going to cover that I'm not going to cover because then I would have to cover all the movies.

I don't mean one specific one. I just mean if you have one in mind and I miss it, it's just, you know, there's so much.
