Summary

Mark 2:13–17 & Romans 3:10 In today’s episode, we continue our journey through the Gospel of Mark and meet a man named Levi, a tax collector whose life changed the moment Jesus said two simple words: “Follow me.” But what happened next surprised the Pharisees. Instead of avoiding sinners, Jesus sat down and shared a meal with them. When the Pharisees saw this, they asked a question that still matters today: Why would a holy teacher eat with sinners?  We unpack what Jesus means when he said “ “I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.” Help Keep Kids Bible Stories Free for Families Kids Bible Stories has shared over 400 Bible stories with children around the world, helping kids grow in their understanding of God’s Word.
