The cocktail love of the week this week is the tropical sassie.

Tropical sazi.

Is that short for Sazirac?

It's kind of like in, yeah, homage to the Sazirac.

So it is one and a half ounces of pineapple Jamaican rum.

So you can use plantation pineapple rum for this, which is a good one.

One ounce of cognac, a teaspoon of phalarnaut, which is a sort one ounce of cognac a teaspoon of phalarnaum which is a sort of syrup

four dashes of peychodes bitters two dashes of angostura bitters absinth rinse so it is kind of like

a sazirac but like the paichot's bitters kind of do it, and then the absence rinse just nails it, yeah. Yep. But pineapple, Jamaican rum instead of rye, Sazerac rye. So is the important thing is that it tastes a little bit like pineapple. Not that it's a certain strength. Yeah. It's plantation rum, pineapple? Plantation is like a brand and they make lots of rums. Right. Yeah. Plantation rum, pineapple?
