Summary

On this week's episode of Beauty Bytes we are talking all about egg harvesting with Dr. Sasha Hakman. Dr. Hakman is a board-certified OBGYN and reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist at Vios Fertility in Detroit MI. She completed her residency training at Michigan State University and fellowship at the medical college of Georgia. She has a research background in genetics in women’s health disorders and is a strong advocate for lifestyle changes to promote reproductive health. This isn't a topic that I discuss much on my platform but as the aesthetic industry is 90% women, the debate on egg harvesting is a topic I get asked a lot about! Egg freezing might be an option if you're not ready to become pregnant now but want to try to make sure you can get pregnant later. It is recommended to freeze your eggs in your late 20s or early 30s. The younger you are, the better! We talked about female fertility, egg harvesting, and women’s health. If you’re thinking about harvesting your eggs, tune in to hear our thoughts!!
