Now, before we dive in, I want to say this isn't about judgment.

It's not about scolding ourselves for venting or pretending to be positive when we're not feeling it.

No, this is about awareness because from an LOWA perspective, complaining isn't neutral.

It's a vibrational choice.

So let's get into it.

I hear from clients all the time who say something like, if I don't complain about it, it feels fake like I'm being inauthentic. And I get it. That sentiment

makes total sense when you believe that authenticity means expressing every thought or emotion that comes

up, especially the negative ones. But let's pause for a moment and ask, what if being authentic

doesn't have to mean broadcasting your low-vib state? What if authenticity could also mean being aligned with who you really are, your inner being, your highest self, and choosing what you give airtime to? Because here's the thing. From a law of attraction perspective, when you complain,

you're activating and energizing the very thing you don't want. You're giving your focus and

therefore your point of attraction to the problem, the irritation, the lack. So even if the complaint feels like your

truth in the moment, you really have to ask, is this the truth I want to keep attracting?

I also want to talk about connection through complaining because another common thing I hear is, well, my friends and I, we bond over our complaints.
