| 0:15.0 | Okay. |
| 0:16.0 | I actually have a really specific one. |
| 0:17.0 | Okay. |
| 0:18.0 | It sort of only works if you're your studying for something more long term. |
| 0:27.5 | But it's, I did this when it was when I had to memorize when I had to like remember certain things. |
| 0:36.5 | When you are reading something and try to, I did it not late at night, but close enough to sleep that I'm like thinking about it before I go to sleep. Okay. |
| 0:37.0 | But when you are reading it, take a little, have a little thing that is a very specific smell. Oh. A very like a little, it's almost smelling salt thing, but like something you don't smell in your normal life. Okay. Something really specific. Like even like a VIX vipo rubber or whatever or like a chapstick that's really smelly, but something that is really specific. And every time you read it, so that specific thing, take a sniff. Take a sniff of that thing. And then only smell it when you are studying that. So then when you are taking your test, just take out a little chapstick. Take a sniff. Take a hit. Take a hit. Your little big spaybo rub, your little chapstick, whatever it is. Smelly lip smackers. And it helps you remember all this stuff. Oh, interesting. It brings you right back there because then you can like, oh wait, what was that? Then you can picture it. It helps you because smell is, you know, the most visceral of the memories. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It also kind of works. Oh, I actually don't think I knew that. |
| 1:28.3 | Oh, yeah. That is the most visceral of the memories. It is. It like brings back the most, it's like a biological thing. Yeah, okay. So smell. Smell while you study. Love that. So only associate specific. Make sure you just can't have it be associated with other things. You're not smelling your laundry detergers that you wash your clothes with every single day. |
| 1:45.9 | Exactly. |
| 1:46.5 | Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. |
| 1:46.7 | It's got to be specific. |
| 1:47.8 | Interesting. Make sure you just can't have it be associated with other things. You're not smelling your laundry detergers that you wash your clothes with every single day. |
