Rob knew he had greatness inside. In his teens, he just didn't know how or where to let it out.

Then while working in the grueling job of selling Cutco knives door to door, it dawned on him what his inborn

talents really were. Today, I'm delighted to bring you our featured guest, Rob Dial. Welcome, Rob.

Hey, thank you for having me. I'm excited to dive in.

Thank you. Thank you. It's our pleasure. Rob, are you using your talents doing work that you

love? I'm doing the best that I can with what I was given. I would say yes, I am. All right. We want to

hear the whole story. Okay. Started in sales at 19, was promoted to run a franchise with the company at 21 and grew it to a multi-million dollar business, broke almost every record for a new office in the company's 60-year history.

Rob has since moved on to coaching that runs alongside his podcast as well as an e-commerce business.

He started his second seven-figure business at 23.

He also runs the MWF Motivation Podcast, which hit number one in six categories on new and noteworthy, including self-help and business.

He's now focusing on growing the podcast to one million downloads per month to impact as many people as possible to find out what their purpose in life is and make it their mission to follow their purpose

and live to their true potential.
