This week, I bring you a guest I'm always excited to have on the show.

She has so many things, but probably one of my favorite athletes of all time and people of all

time.

It's been a joy watching her race and being able to commentate on her races has been quite the honor as well.

Watching her off the track is equally as impressive, though.

She never goes without a smile and she's always gracious in whatever she's doing.

So first of all, congrats on a stellar career and thank you

for devoting so much time. Okay, so let's bring her on. It's Jenny Simpson, an Olympic bronze

medalist and three-time world championship medalist. She's an 11-time U.S. champion. She set

six NCAA records while she was at the University of Colorado, and she set two

American records while she was racing professionally. The list goes on and on. And in this episode,

we hear all about Jenny running the Great World Race. That's seven marathons in seven days on

seven continents. It's crazy. She breaks down each race and it's so entertaining. We also talk

about the TCS New York City Marathon, which she ran a week before she started this other journey.

It was amazing because she went on this week-long journey right after she ran, which was supposed

to be her retirement marathon. So just a lot that we unpack here.

And then she also tells us about her year-long adventure that she's getting ready to go on with her husband, Jason, and their two dogs.

And it's called Jenny and Jason Run USA.
