I think when we talk about boundaries and the nervous system, it's kind of this circular, like, what came first chicken or the egg thing.

Because when we have good healthy boundaries,

that helps regulate our nervous system.

And then when we have a regulated nervous system that helps us to set and hold and

And all of that exponentially creates energy, the energy that we need to show up and be disciplined
