I like your life to be simple and efficient.

And year end is the best time to close stuff down.

Set up or dissolve any entities by January 1st.

Why don't I just call you January 1st?

Because then you're paying another year of fees.

You don't want to have a partial year tax return next year.

You don't want to be a sole proprietor for,

prider for four weeks of

three weeks of January. Get it set up so as you ready to go. Start paying your kids to pay for

their own things. Don't you pay taxes and give them money to pay for their things or pay for

their stuff? Just change the way you're doing it. And it can put thousands of dollars of savings

on your bottom line.
