Welcome to the Fallout lorecast, the podcast that explores the boundaries of our knowledge about the world of Fallout.

0:10.7

One of the things about Fallout that I find endlessly fascinating are the details about the way the world was back before the bombs dropped.

0:20.5

For example, how similar was the world, was society,

0:23.6

was American society to the way it is today? Are we actually getting closer to the way things

0:30.2

were working or falling apart in Fallout's universe in our own world today? We have the advent of AI. We have the technology to make

0:41.2

a lot of the kinds of things that you could find in that world. But we also have the overreach

these limitations were pushed.

1:28.0

Let's call it that.

1:29.3

Today's episode, we're getting into dire chemical and dynamite animation and a number of other

1:36.5

companies.

1:37.1

We're going to finish the D's, most likely, and get into the E's on this episode.

1:41.3

So we're making our way through the alphabet.

1:43.5

But I want you to pay very specific

1:46.1

attention to the details in some of the things that are revealed about the way these companies

1:52.5

work and what we can piece together on just the limited amount of information, the messages
