1:09.1	Republicans in the House are now weighing an unusual procedure to try to force their chamber to vote on the
1:14.9	measure. Earlier this month, Steve Scalise and Ann Wagner, both Republicans, said they would
1:20.1	file a discharge petition which could force a vote on the House floor if it receives
1:25.2	the signatures of the majority of House members.
1:28.4	The magic number there is 218, meaning that 21 Democrats would have to get behind it. The House voted on the same bill back in January,
