The cocktail of the week this week is the electron. I love it. Good name, right? Yes. I think it actually would be a good cocktail. I didn't make it because we don't have the stuff for it. But it is mescal, carrot juice, lime juice, cinnamon syrup, orange bitters. And then on the rim, you do salt and pink peppercorn. Wow. Carrot juice, we had... Did it say, no, pink salt and peppercorn. No, salt and pink pepper corn. Wow. Carrot juice.

There's pink salt. Yes, there's also pink peppercorn. Why not make pink salt and pink peckap? We could totally do that, and then you have a pink rim.

It just seems a missed opportunity to also use pink salt.

I mean, it doesn't prescribe the color of the salt, so you could totally do pink salt.

We had a carrot juice cocktail at Tail Up Goat in D.C.

And it's called like the Nuclear Bunny or something.

It's got carrot juice, but also like Serrano pepper syrup or something. It's a very, very zippy cocktail. Yeah, yeah. But it's good. I had a couple of those, I think. No. Yeah. Maybe. I mean, it didn't taste like a health drink. No, no, it sure did not. Despite the carrotness of it. Yeah, it was good.

Carit juice can be good.

Yeah, it could also be just like a freaking, some kind of smoothie.
