Summary

Our annual Know Your Rival season kicks off with the Arizona Cardinals. A team where one of their biggest stars wants off of the team, and their other star player is going to be out for most (and maybe all) of the 2023 season. What do the Seahawks have to worry about with Colt McCoy and company this season, apart from the fact the team always seems to play Seattle tough with their backup QB?

One concern regarding the future of the organization is that the Arizona Cardinals moved on from their previous general manager and head coach. They appear to be drafting better and making good decisions, and they could eventually be a force in the division -- if the book that Jonathan Gannon has been reading provides any help.

In the second half of the show, KJ Wright and Luke Willson got together on a recent podcast to share some new stories. It provides some insight about who to blame following the Super Bowl loss to the Patriots. We also heard from Luke about the same thought process and doubts that he had about Geno Smith and his front row seat to having those doubts erased.

SI.com's Fan Nation site might be one of the worst sports sites online judging by a recent story and ESPN needs to do better after firing one of their best football analysts. One better at life honor goes out to a family member, and another to some former Seahawks for their business efforts in the community.
