Welcome back, everybody, to The Incomparable.

I'm your host, Jason Snell, and in this episode, we are going to be talking about a TV show that relatively recently concluded its latest season, the third season of The Magicians,

which is on the sci-fi channel in the United States. And boy, this is a show, I'm going to

spoil something here, which is this is a show that keeps getting better. I thought that this was

one of the big, great surprises of television so far this year is how good the third season was,

which was better than the second season, which was already pretty good.

And the first season was fine and got better as it went.

So it's like this is a rare example of a show that it keeps discovering new heights as it goes.

It's such a treat.

And if you haven't watched it, you should. Maybe we'll

talk about it a little bit without spoilers just to get you in the mood. But you should go watch

season three of the magicians and the first two if you haven't watched them yet. Joining me to
