Summary

Discover all of the podcasts in our network, search for specific episodes, get the Optimal Living Daily workbook, and learn more at: OLDPodcast.com. Episode 4050: Anthony Ongaro reflects on selling a beloved home and discovers that what we often grieve is not the object itself, but the feeling of having access to the life and memories connected to it. His perspective on letting go offers a powerful way to embrace change, make room for growth, and appreciate that our most meaningful experiences stay with us long after possessions are gone. Read along with the original article(s) here: https://www.breakthetwitch.com/let-go/ Quotes to ponder: "Instead of viewing things as a fortress we build upon throughout our lives, we can see them as vines we swing from as we make our way through." "When you let go, it not only allows you to move forward but often offers more." "If we never let go of anything, our efforts are rendered useless by multiple anchor points." It's been a hot, busy summer, and the time seems to be flying by.

It's been quite different from what we were

for a good friend's wedding. The weather was a crisp 70 degrees or so with beautiful sun and

over to our old neighborhood in southeast Minneapolis and split a breakfast burrito at one of our

for the earliest years of our marriage, where we brought home our dog Rocky for the first time.

Over the years, it housed family and friends, provided space for a multitude of projects, and it was a roof over our heads.
