Being a promised land person does not guarantee you a problem-free life.

In fact, it guarantees the opposite. In John 1633, Jesus says,

In this world, you will have trouble. Knowing that, what do you do? Follow the example of Caleb in Joshua

chapter 14 and set your mind on a holy cause. Well, you'll never have a problem free day. I wish you would, but I don't think you'll never have a problem free day.

I wish you would, but I don't think you'll ever go to sleep on the wings of the thought.

Why, my goodness, this day came and went, and there was no problem anywhere in the world.

I don't think you'll ever pick up a newspaper and read the headline. We have only good news to report today. There'll always be problems. You might be called out of the dugout to pinch

hit the final out of the World Series, hit a home run,

and have your picture appear on the cover of Sports Illustrated.

Who knows?

Pigs might fly.

Kangaroos might swim.

You never know what might happen.
