0:00.0	What happens when you hang out with other people who have done something that you desire to do,
0:05.3	and this is the same thing as relational coaching or therapy,
0:08.3	unconsciously your nervous system is actually connecting to the nervous system of the person that you're around, you're picking up on that.
0:15.2	So even if you're afraid to create and start, when you get into a room or on a call or whatever it is with other people who are doing that, your body starts to breathe into it without you even knowing it.
0:27.4	When we haven't done something, it's scary and you can spiral out.
0:30.4	You're like obsessing about trolls for 25 minutes, you don't't even realize but all of a sudden you're in the right room with people it stops the spiral and someone asks a brilliant question
