| 0:54.4 | It's spending time alone, really alone, with no distractions, and just listening, |

| 1:05.0 | That is incredibly hard for almost everyone to do and yet at the same time, I'm going to argue it is the most wonderful thing we can do for our |
| 1:17.8 | souls and our lives. Well, first, why would this be hard? It sounds so simple. I mean we come home, we go to a quiet place, perhaps sit in the backyard or to our room, and we just sit and we're still with no distractions. |

| 1:37.1 | Why do you find that hard for people to do? |
| 1:41.1 | It is hard, it's incredibly hard, and let me explain why. We have a lot of things going on inside of us. |
