Okay, so the reason that this recently came up is that I was doing a Q&A on Instagram. And this is where I just say,

asked me and I think, let me know how I can help. And I was blown away in one day how many people

asked a question in a way that basically alluded to the facts of how can I stop having this strong emotion, or how can

I get rid of it? How can I make it not be there? And this blew me away because this is a massive

problem. This is getting in the way of their recovery. Their questions were skilled questions.

It's just that there was a core component, an idea and understanding that we needed to get to.
