He's a former tech operator 15 years building software for startups before pivoting to home design.

He raised $3 million in a seed round in 2023, and he sells modern cabin and home plan starting

at just $999.

Now layering in a built by Den, which is a full construction management, along with prefab shell

kits and AI collaborated build estimates, author of How to Build a Cabin, Built in Nature, Mike Romanovitz.

So Mike is from Den.

We're going to dig into his, I mean, his entry into this industry, which is different than a lot of people that we've had on this podcast.

You know, most of us are started as craftsmen, craft people, builders, contractors.

And Mike spent his time building software.

And I had the chance to speak with him a couple weeks ago and really was intrigued by not only what he's already built, but what he continues to build and where he's focused his efforts, which is prefabrication, productization, building really quality information,
