Francois on this week's connecting clip of the week. How do you work to maintain these wonderful

church plants around the world stay healthy?

Good question.

So one of the first things we do is we make sure that if there are local churches close by,

that we make sure that they are trained, they have enough material, there is Bibles.

And so what we do is we go back for five years. As an organization, as a group of men that takes responsibility with these 34,000 wonderful people that just joins us without

any compensation. They just believe in absolutely the missional call the Mishu Day of God.

And so we would then go back every six months of our lives. We would go into that

area, bring them together again, train them. What we usually say is, you know, church planting

around the globe is happening at the speed of a bullet train. But training and receiving the

word of God, you know, arrives by bicycle. Yeah.

And so we make sure our attrition rate is extremely small and it's small because we train

and we make sure that the Bible is in the hand of a new church believer. Thanks for tuning in to
